Questions, answered.
What exactly does Rise do to my file?
It rebuilds your MP4/MOV container — file type, movie header and chunk table — so it arrives as a clean, fast-start MP4. The video and audio streams are copied byte-for-byte.
Is my video re-encoded?
No. Streams are copied — Rise never touches the pixels or the audio samples. That is why it only takes a second or two.
Is my video uploaded to your servers?
No. The Lift Engine runs inside your browser. Your file never leaves your device unless you choose to post it.
Which files are supported?
MP4 and MOV (H.264 or HEVC recommended). MOV files are relabelled as MP4 automatically — nothing is re-encoded.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Any time, from your account panel — it links to the payment provider's own management page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; a paid period runs to its end.
Does it guarantee more views?
No. Rise helps your upload keep the quality you created — reach and views depend on your content.
